Camille Lyn

Little Cami is just 7 pounds! So far everyone thinks she looks just like her Mom.

And here’s Jonah hamming it up at the hospital when we visited — amazing how much babies change in just nine months isn’t it?

An unexpected visitor…

June 16, 2008

After being away from the house for the morning, Matt returned to the garage to find a very unexpected stowaway. He was putting a few things away, when he looked down to find a couple of eyes peering out at him from beside the garbage can.

Here’s the little guy who, apparently, spent the night in our garage.

After his overnight stay, he was a little bit hungry….

And thirsty…

When he was satiated, he wandered out of our yard to who knows where…though he was kinda cute and pretty tame, we’re hoping he’ll visit someone else next time.

Beads!!

June 16, 2008

Jonah and I played with plastic “pop” beads the other day….he has a great time with them!

This is “on Jonah’s head…”

Check out his eyes on this one….

‘Round the neck….

Full blown walking….

June 15, 2008

I went sailing with my Dad yesterday and while I was gone Jonah decided to start walking. I mean, really, really walking. He still falls down a fair amount, but he can make it most of the way across the room before plopping down.

We’ll try for a video soon.

In other news, Jonah will welcome his baby cousin, Camille Lee, sometime tomorrow! We’ll hopefully have a picture or two to share by the evening.

On Wednesday last week, we got word that Matt’s grandmother, Barb Frye, wasn’t doing too well. We decided to head up to Nebraska to visit her and support the family. It was definitely a sad reason to visit, but it was nice to see some of the extended family. Neither Matt nor I had a chance to take too many photos, but here are the two from our camera.

This is Matt’s Uncle Ralph, Jonah and Matt enjoying the view from The Driftwood deck. The Driftwood is a little haunt outside of Blair that’s perched on the river’s bank.

And this is Matt’s cousin Brad, his almost 18-month-old daughter Lucy and ofcourse, Matt and Jonah.

At the park…

We visited the park near our house about a week ago. Though I’d share….
